… von Anita Grossman Solomon ist ein ganz tolles Buch. Anita zeigt darin ein paar ganz einzigartige Wege, um Blöcke zu nähen.

Mit nur drei Schnitten mit dem Cutter erhält man diesen Block:

Das ist das Ausgangsmaterial: zwei Stoffe jeweils 8x8 inch groß

 

dann wird eine Naht mit der Nähmaschine gemacht und geschnitten, ich kann leider diesen Prozess nicht zeigen, weil ich glaube, dass es unter Copyright fällt …

 

 

und das ist das Endergebnis, ein Block 9 inch groß, total einfach und total schnell genäht. Ein Großteil des Blocks ist nämlich schon genäht, bevor man es überhaupt bemerkt

Rotary Cutting Revolution is a really fantastic book by Anita Grossman Solomon with some extra-ordinary sewing methods for quick blocks.

First you need two fabrics 8 x 8 inch, sew them together and make just two cuts with your rotary cutter, easy peasy….

the finished block is 9 inch square and looks much more difficult as it was … most of the block is already sewn before you really mention it
